Auction Rules: This rare bourbon auction is active for online bidding starting at Noon ET on April 15, 2026.  Online bids will be accepted through the online phase closing time of 4pm on the Derby Day event day May 2, 2026.  

The LIVE bidding for these auction items will then commence DURING the Derby Day event for in-person bidding.  The bidding price will BEGIN with the high bids set by the online portion of the auction.  Therefore, the online bids will effectively be setting the "reserve" for the live auction at the Derby Day event.  

All winning bid sales are final.  Bid amounts in excess of the fair market value amount of each bourbon will be eligible for a donation receipt.  Payment method of cash, check or credit card must be secured at the conclusion of the auction, or winning bids will revert to highest back up bidder.
 
If an online bid proves to be the highest bid, then the online bid wins the item!
